Yes!! I’m not the only one!! Pinterest truly became my biggest friend and worst enemy throughout this process. A blog or journal would have been a healthy alternative, that’s for sure!

I had to brain dump (which is why I started a blog haha) so that my husband didn’t have to hear it all. Journaling definitely helped relieve some of that mental activity!
